One of the most endearing Asturian dishes, our Cachopos have been presented with the “Best Cachopo in Valencia 2016/17” and “Best Cachopo in C. Valenciana 2021” award. We were also “Finalist of the Best Cachopo in Spain 2018” and “7º of the Best Cachopo in Spain 2021” at the Official Championships of “The Cachopo Guide”.
Crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside, this dish will surprise you for the inventiveness of the different fillings and the extra dose of love they’re made with!
