We have recovered, selected, and in many cases, updated them for you.

Always, with a lot of respect and affection.


We are concerned about mass production.

We know how difficult it is to survive in a highly commercialised market like today’s.

That’s why we make sure that all the ingredients that end up in our kitchen are brought to us directly from the fields, farms, cheese factories, wineries and distilleries in the North of Spain.

We are also convinced that our three star dishes (Fabada, Cachopo and Cider) would not be as good as they are without the care, attention and crafted processes applied by these local producers. They are the reason we’re serving the best fabada, the best cachopo and the best cider in Valencia today.

Not caring for the source of our ingredients does not fit in our schemes!

What does this mean for you?

It means that we commit ourselves to go through various rigorous controls and follow-up processes to guarantee that the meat we serve on your plate is authentic Galician beef, the first with integral controls and guarantee certificates.

At La Taska you have the certainty that the Cachopo that you have on your plate, as well as our T-bone steaks, sirloins, and entrecotes, have been prepared with the very tender, juicy and succulent certified Galician beef.

We want you to be transported with all the senses.

And since it is impossible for us to give you the gift of the beautiful landscapes of the Cantabrian coast, we try to get you closer to that privileged environment by reproducing Asturian rural architecture in our premises…

That’s why, you’ll notice the use of wood, stone, slate, barrels, etc. in the design of our spaces …
